The Livonia Chamber of Commerce will bring together people from all political persuasions to engage in civility-building, led by Nolan Finley and Stephen Henderson. A few willing pairings of local Democrats and Republicans will have conversations before the event, to bring what transpired to the program.

Huntington Woods Peace Group virtual Civility Session

The HW Peace Group has been in existence since 2003 when the Iraq war began. One of the group's first meetings featured Tom Hayden as a speaker.  Since then, they try to educate participants by information dissemination and guest speakers on climate change, immigration, voting rights - every subject that is relevant in today's world.
